Hi,
I am despersate for any help what so ever
I have just downloaded Windows 7 Professioanl throught Microsoft from Digital River
The order has been completed, i have paid, and have received confirmation email. However, no where am i being shown a 'DOwnload Now' button, so it is impossible to actually download this product.
I have emailed both Microsoft and Digital River but am getting no response
I am really worried i have just wasted £30
any help much appreciated

What was the site you used? Was it http://store.digitalriver.com/store?Action=DisplayHomePage&Locale=en_GB&SiteID=msshgb ?
If so I got to that site via Microsoft so I think its legitimate.
However, are you actually a student? There are some quite strict terms and conditions on the offer. Plus do you have Windows Vista or XP installed? Terms are here http://www.microsoft.com/student/office/en-gb/terms.aspx0 -
