HSBC final statement

Hi I've just switched joint account from HSBC to Lloyds on account of awful customer service. We received paper statements for the HSBC account. Will they send out a final statement in the post? Because our internet access to the account has been suspended and although the remaining balance has been transferred by Lloyds to the new account we'd like to see a copy of the final closing balance to check that it matches. The Egg card payment was supposed to come out of the old account before it was closed and the Egg statement says it's been paid but it would be nice to see this on paper. Thanks.
