Can anyone tell me how much benefit will be paid for us ? I am shortly going to be unemployed and will be going to live with my son for a while he is currently unemployed and recieves HB he has been paying £100 towards his rent ,will we get the full amount paid when I move in ,I won't be entitled JSA 26 weeks .

It depends on the size of the property
He will get the LHA for a one bed property If you move in and the property has two bedrooms He will get the LHA for two bedrooms
At the least he must advise his LA of the change in circumstances i.e You have moved in
