Company Car Insurance

I am covered by my company for the company car, but have to pay an excess if I have an accident, even if there is nobody to blame. (IE an employee got hit by some debis on the motorway and will have to pay the damage or the excess).
Is there a policy available to cover this excess if I get into a similar situation?
