Confused

Ive had a Lloyds credit card since Ive been about 18 Im now 33. At various points its been high and then cleared etc. Can I still claim anything? I dont want to sound thick but when Ive read about the CC claims it does mystify me a bit. Im currently pregnant baby brains kicked in,lol. At the minute theres a small balance on the CC so Im obviously still paying it. Ive also had other CC's as well so in laymans terms what can I do to reclaim and also is there a chance I would get anything? Thanks in advance and sorry if its in the wrong place xx

    Hi there

All the best with your pregnancy and take good care of yourself too.;)

Right, when you were 18 can you remember if you were in full time education, unemployed at the time etc?

Although there are lots of other reasons for being mis sold the ppi on credit cards etc.

I would check for more details on this on the below link, and if any of them apply to you, then yes you can make a reclaim.

The link above also takes you to the stages of reclaiming - questionnaire who you send to the ones who set up and sold you the account.

If you require any help from there, and you have a case then please just yell, good luck.;)
The one and only "Dizzy Di" :D
  • You haven't actually stated that you are wanting to claim back ppi - are you?

what is it that you are trying to reclaim - it's a bit difficult to give advice with little or no info!
We've spent decades teaching people about their rights, but nothing about their responsibilities.

Sorry I was a bit vague but being as I had put credit cards I assumed it would be pretty obvious so again thought it would be obvious it would be PPI for credit cards. Thanks for the reply Di3004 you are obviously on the ball xxx
