What might the runDLL error message be?

As above, I have an acer and this message comes up every day, but I'm not doing anything alternative to my usual...

c:\programfiles\Registry Mechanic\updateHlpr.dll

    uninstall registry mechanic - problem should be solved.
    if you really want to re-install it, feel free, but i wouldn't

    If uninstalling does not cure the problem reinstall Registry Mechanic and either dont use it or uninstall it again .
    Its a component to update Reg Mechanic .
