Posted a claim for miss sold ppi 7 weeks ago with HSC on the basis i was miss sold it during a meeting i had with the company in 2006 i already had a loan with the company and wanted another loan to pay off the other loan plus other loans. I was told i need to take out PPI other wise i would not be approved the loan. This meeting lasted over two hours and i had to speak to both the manager and one off his staff. In the end i to the ppi just to get the loan i now relise i did not need the ppi and have been paying ot for the past 4 years. What do you think of my case as i know it is getting to the end of the 8 weeks and i hope they agree i was mis sold the ppi.
Do many people have luck getting the PPI back off of HSC or should i not get my hope up

Incredibly good case here. There are several types of incidences where the companies are almost certain to cough up. Bring told getting the loan depends on PPI is one of them.
You can write yourself explaining the situation or use a claiming company who charge in exchange for the service0
