iTronics 2GB MP3 Player - help

I purchased the above MP3 player from Argos the other week.

I have my music saved on there as folders
example:

\coldplay\
\sting1\
\ madonna\

etc. However, the device will not let me move from one folder to another so i can switch tunes. It will only let me forward tracks, one by one. But with several hundered tracks on saved, it will be stupid to keep forwarding to just listen to another folder. Anyone advise on how to do this. Instruction booklet does not mention anything about how to do this. except how to view different folders and delete the content - which is not much help!

I've got the 1Gb to use when I'm working on my own.
Switch on and press rec, you are then in Mode, press play/pause and it will say Music scroll with fast forward button to Folder then press play/pause and it will show the current folder then use the fast forward/fast back to scroll through the folders then press play/pause to choose a folder.
Press rec again then play/pause twice to go back to Music mode.

will try it tommorow. hope it works as this has been bugging me for days..esp as i want to take the player on my 4 week far eastern trek with me.

okay .worked out how to change folder listening to. Anyone know how i can disable random play to just play tracks in normal order?

Press REC then Fast Forward once. Should say Play Mode Press Play/pause says Normal Press Play/pause Job done

I can get into the menu that lets me decide between Random and Intro choice. for your instruction do i start when i switch it on or is your instruction start from when it is already play music mode. As i notice that the buttons have different functions depending on what initial state its in.
