Tesco Credit Card - Warning
Wisp

Beware if you have your Tesco Credit Card replaced, mine was because of "suspect fraudulent activity". I have just realised nearly a year later that my bonus for using the card in Tesco has dropped to the "other retailer" rate due to a new card being issued. Apparently there is nothing I can do about it, having been pushed from Tesco Clubcard to the card issuer and back again!

There must be something they can do if they replaced your card because of
"suspect fraudulent activity". They must have known what you were getting before therfore should have replaced it with the same surely?
They will probably fob you off i spend a good near on 3 hours on the phone to various people over at the tescos clubcard as my friend and her brothers clubcard numbers somehow managed to get swapped over, she thinks it was when her sil ordered her kids pjs using her clubcard but sending them to her (my friends address)
I was told several times well you must have swapped keys ect everything you could think of to fob me off, you wil have to take the matter up with your brother ect (who had already spent the clubcard points) then i received a phonecall back form a gent at clubcard who to my shock said that they would backdate all of her clubcard points for the last year.
so keep on at them, they may just surprise you, they did me :0)0
