Barclays - Just Ignoring Me!!

I'm curious to hear whether anyone else has had the same problem as me.

I've written to Barclays claiming they mis-sold PPI on a secured loan. They just ignore me! They acknowledged two of my letters but simply won't provide any kind of response.

The last letter went to the Chief Exec - same result.

I wondered whether this was a common experience.

I'd appreciate hearing from you

Hi and welcome

They have 8 weeks to give a decision, if the 8 weeks have well passed by now then your entitled to complain to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS), I would give them a ring to check first if you can, cos i am aware there is a backlog, good luck.;)
