Anyone experienced HFC and how long they take to refund?

Sent off the acceptance form a week ago and I'm just trying to find out how long HFC take to refund any offers they have made.
Can anyone confirm? Or is it hit and miss?

I don't actually know for definate with HFC, but if you don't receive anything after a month of them receiving your acceptance, chase them up.
