Oil or Electric heating?

I have an outbuildig that I'm refurbishing. It has a Kitchen, main room and shower room/toilet. The question is, how do I heat it? I could put a small oil boiler system in or just use electric heating all round. With the recent rise in oil prices, is it worth going the oil route or is electric not that much dearer now I would expect the building to get a fair amount of use
