Selftrade problems?

I'm concerned about the integrity of the Selftrade trading site. Recently I checked my alerts and found someone else's alert included with mine.
Last week I purchased a security which appeared in my account and for which the purchase contract is in my message box. The next evening it had disappeared! I still await Selftrade's reply to my query.
Has anyone else had similar problems please?

I was even 'locked' out of my account once, because I refused to allow them to rectify their mistake without an explanation of why it had happened first.

Thanks- doesn't give me cause for optimism. Still no reply from Selftrade and I'm rapidly losing faith in them.
Unless there's a satisfactory response by tomorrow I'll look for a new stocks and shares ISA provider. I see there's a few mentioned elsewhere on this board.
