Text From British Gas
Hey
Just had a text from British Gas, confirming the arrangement for an engineer to come round later this week and i should ring an 0800 number if it's no longer convenient. No such arrangement was made.
Being on this site has made me suspicious and cynical about such things
, but i guess as it's an 0800 number it should be fine
Any thoughts?

Sometimes BG comms get a bit out of sync, have you had an email or telephone call regarding this.

Someone probably gave them a wrong mobile number.
