Yes!!! Last year (before I started using "comp sites", had been watching the show) I won 10k with Channel 5 from entering one of their comps via postcard.

I had exactly the same thing with a recent Mosiguard for kids prize, so I wrote to the company who ran the comp and told them, and they very kindly sent me a replacement. Might be worth a try, and it also makes them aware of what's happening in the postal system. Good luck
