I just got an email for an order from 15th saying they hadnt taken payment. I hadnt noticed as I'd had payment go through for another order so I just called them and they took it over the phone. It was for a glitchy order too where I got the seamoss and another gel using both codes but they didnt mention that at all and couldnt have been nicer. I have been so please with the service from them and honouring two codes I may even order another gel using the Marie Claire code before it runs out!

I bought the Rose Granati handwash (wasn't keen on some of the other fragrances at all) and have to say their marketing strategy has worked - I love it!

I got myself in a muddle and ordered hand wash instead of hand lotion:-( It's totally my fault and I know that there are often rules against returning toiletries for health and safety reasons. Does anyone know if I took this to a Molton Brown shop would they be likely to let me exchange it? TY
