I am still wating on one of my shower gels too and it still says processing. I spoke to them yesterday and they said it had to be manually because of a problem with their site
I had actually already emailed becuase i had noticed that the shower gel i ordered was OOS (Yuan Zhi) so i asked if it was could i change it to another.
It seems this was done as she said it had been on the phone yesterday and that it was being depatched that day. (although it still says processing)

I used the code online a few days ago and then used the voucher instore at York shop,got a nice sample with both purchases.

Just to add to the chaos, I have just ordered the seamoss and pink pepperpod. Got the seamoss free (without a code, and although it has expired) and added the Marie Claire OFFER and got £10 off. So £11.95 for 2 x 300ml shower gel.

I quite like the seamoss aswell!

Don;t know if this has been posted, I didn't have time to read 30+ pages!!! lol!

i ordered some glitch items-total £15.95. i assumed the money had been taken as i had items over a week ago. I got an email from MB saying that they did not charge me for them and now want me to call them and provide my bank details. I have recieved at least 4 other orders since the. Any one had this before?

Yes - if you check back through the thread - this happened to a few others.

They just called MB and paid the amount (the glitch amount was honoured with no problems)
