Wow I have missed quite an eventful day on the MB thread!

Missed the £20 glitch, but would not have used it anyway... I agree with the statement that they are large company and it wont put them out of business, but to be fair it is an 'actual' unintended glitch and I wouldn't have been happy to have gone ahead doing that anyway.... I thought I was being cheeky enough using the survey and mc offer codes together!

Anyway we received our further 2 orders today, of Hand lotion & Seamoss Gel and they are lovely!

MB are amazing how they do up the bow on the box so well, because I couldnt put it back together the same for love nor money once I had opened one! Plus I smelt the Niranji hand wash and it was lush... and now I am def interested in MB stuff more than I was before!

Oh and I have received all of our 4 orders, but no payment taken yet. So I am expecting MB to be in touch, like others before have had to contact them back about problems with payment... Someone said it took a week and alot have said their recent orders have not been debited from their accounts... so I think we should all expect an email of that nature if the money hasn't come out...

If they really are having a problem with their payment system then I would be emabrrassed if I was one of those that made a large amount of seperate orders all on the same card and had to phone up about it!

I am getting a bit worried now about my two orders as I have not been debited for either. I feel guilty enough already for exploiting the glitch (albeit in a very minor way compared to some...) without having to ring up and face the music!
Please has anyone had the money taken from their account and how long did it take? Many thanks!

With the first offer code where you just used the one code and got the hand cream for just the p&p costs I got the money taken out within 5 working days. hth

I think that was probably aimed at me...given that no other posts indicate that at all!

However, I'd like to point out that I wasn't 'preaching' about not using the glitch (and I most certainly wasn't !!!!!ing, I don't do that!) - simply saying that there was no need to take the p*ss out of Molton Brown who might be worrying about what's happened. As it turned out, the poster didn't mean her post to sound that way, and I apologised.

I bought another two MC magazines today and took the vouchers down to the shop...they had put all the £10 hand creams in a drawer because apparently people keep coming in with vouchers! I guess they're hoping that some people won't know there's a product worth £10, but of course anyone who does will ask for them. They had the Rose Granati room spray out, and I tried it...have to say it was really, really lovely. I also smelt most of the bath and shower gels - some of them were incredibly strong, though...made my nose go all funny...

Just checked my order history and the one of the orders i placed has shipped already (the one for the heavenly gingerlily):j

The one i placed half hour before that for the Yuan Zhi shower gel is still processing though. I wonder if they are OOS although it isn't showing that they are anymore on their website.

I have just come back to report that my double discount order from today has already been shipped too!

Wonder what tomorrow will bring :D

One of the itmes I ordered was OOS and they emailed me asking whether i would like a refund or replacement.
