You should certainly receive confirmation of order(s).
I did on both mine, in my junk email folder.0 -
ladies who havent done the survey dont panic it will still work, it took me nearly an hour to get it to work but george I did it! I didnt do the survey either but after much faffing about signing in, adding things, taking them away, etc i finally got both working together. keep at it, it will work eventually you've just got to have some patience! It took me nearly an hour and just when I was about to give in and accept defeat it worked! HTH.x
These could be my words babyx1uk3, exactly the same happened to me, nothing was working, thought it wasn't going to happen, but I WAS NOT going to give up. And finally after about an hour it worked!!!!
Seamoss Shower Gel and Hand Cream for £4.95 inc. p&p. Thank you so much ladies :T0 -

Yes. I'm lucky in that there's a Molton Brown store near where I work so can get more goodies there.
Remember - another poster here posted about a Times offer (30th October) so keep an eye out for that too.0 -

Lol it does seem to tke awhile,am jealous of those who get it straight away but then again I'm pleased as already had two separate orders of hand cream just costing p&p(when the survey code hadn't been added!). Done another order just hope it gets honoured! If it does I'll be very pleased!0 -

It was doing this to me. I removed all items and codes, then cleared my cookies, then started again (from being logged out) and that's when it worked. Keep trying!0 -
Bexster makes a good point.
If you're having problems and don't mind spending /risking another 4.95, then do a straightforward purchase with the MC code for the £10 handcream. Then log out, log back in. It automatically remembers the MC code, and gives you the chance to add the survey code. BUT - that's what it's doing on mine, and it seems like your logging in doesn't seem to work in the same way, so there's obviously no guarantee that after doing the first purchase it would allow you to make the second by allowing a second code.
THOUGHT FOR MONKEYGIRL31: can you log in, add the MC code with handcream, then remove handcream and log out...it might remember the MC code?
Then try again, this time log in, adding handcream and see if the £10 off automatically applies? THEN add seamoss and survey code?
Murie - fab, eh?! My sister will be so pleased! I became self-employed this year and won't be able to afford to spend as much at Christmas, but she loves Molton Brown, so now I can give her a handwash, cream and shower gel for £15 and use the other 'free' handcream as another gift for a friend. I feel like a good sister again!

Thanks so much for this info, it seemed to work for me, adding one set of codes, then logging out, and finally adding the others. about 30 mins work, but if despatched, well worth it! thanks all0
