Thats the same problem I had so I assume that thats the case, I havent done it either
That shouldn't be the reason. Play around with the products - the free gel only works on the Seamoss for me, and I can get handcream on top. But for some people the handcream isn't working for some people with the MC code.
Try adding two shower gels, then take one off - that worked for me.

ladies who havent done the survey dont panic it will still work, it took me nearly an hour to get it to work but george I did it! I didnt do the survey either but after much faffing about signing in, adding things, taking them away, etc i finally got both working together. keep at it, it will work eventually you've just got to have some patience! It took me nearly an hour and just when I was about to give in and accept defeat it worked! HTH.x0

YEAH!!! I did it. Had to faff about for ages though.
I did exactly what 'PROUDMUMMYTOTHREE' said and although it didn't work for ages. I kept adding things in and taking them out again. Everytime i was left with just the handcream and free bath gel in my basket it emptied it and said there was nothing in there but the i hovvered over the 'View Basket' in the top right of the screen and it showed the products in there so i clicked on the checkout button in the drop down box of that section and it took me the the checkout where it showed both items in my basket and just £4.95 postage costs!I'm FINALLY debt free! Now next question has anyone put more than 1 order in ? & if so have you left a decent space between orders its just that friend wants me to order for her as she's no internet access @present.

If she has no internet access then just use her account on your computer; that shouldn't present a problem at all. You don't need to put two orders through your account.
