God, how I hate the selfish lazy people that put the milk carton back in the fridge with barely a teaspoonful of milk so the next person has to wash the carton out (for recycling.) It's like living in a bad flat share

Got to the shop I'm volunteering in today to find that I am the ONLY shop staff thats turned up!
End up doing the till
- not my favourite, managed to have to void a sale, then realized that we'd had a shoplifter!
And not many customers.
And NO milk for tea!
Glad when 1:30 came and I could go homeThe best portion of your life will be the small, nameless moments you spend smiling with someone who matters to you.0 -

If youre volunteering and thus not being paid, and am the only person there.... couldn't you just close up and go home. What could they do, fire you and cut your earnings from nothing to nothing?0 -
