ive mine set out like this on a spreadsheet. ive only just started taking monthly meter reads so its only from the 4th of each month to the 4th of the next.
Date - Electric - Approx Cost - Gas - KWH used - Approx Cost - Combined Cost

I include water, gas, and electric0 -
Dont need a spreadsheet anymore surely, just input your readings online with your energy provider and they make all sorts of pretty graphs for you and show you a bill to the exact penny
