Looking to buy the above at comet with a 6% discount making it approx £555. I do not think you can get any cheaper!! Anybody on this forum has bought one of those and what do you think of it, pl? Also buying online with comet, how does it work if the laptop develops a fault, do you contact the manufacturer or can you take it to the local comet shop? Thanks

I can't comment on this particular model, but I can tell you that two years ago I bought a samsung netbook, and I was so impressed with it that when my laptop recently died, I replaced it with a Samsung. I have been really pleased with both.
Also Samsung customer support is great - I has a query when setting up the netbook and got through very quickly to a UK call centre with a friendly and knowledgeable chap who got me sorted with no fuss.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0
