I just came home and did 1471 from my landline (VM) and got the following message Sorry, the last call came from a network which is unable to transmit numbers on October 2nd at 11.14pm.
Now I was here then and the phone didn't ring which leads me to my question how is this possible?
Any ideas anyone?

Maybe a software fault, or perhaps the call did connect but not for long enough to make the handset ring (e.g. a fraction of a second)0
