Telewest Confusion

I switched over to Talk 400 anywhere on 31st August 2006
My bill dated 5th September 2006 stated I had the following

Minutes available at beginning of last billing period 520:00
Minutes used last billing period -118:20

Minutes carried forward 400:00
400 minutes this month 400:00
Minutes available 800:00

Just received my bill dated 4th October stating

Minutes available at beginning of last billing period 401:40
Minutes used last billing period -401:40

Minutes carried forward 00:00
400 minutes this month 400:00
Minutes available 400:00

And I owe them approximately £13.50 for phone calls.

I rang them twice (within 10 minutes) and on both occasions got different stories.

1st person said I had used all my allowances and they would restart on 19th October
2nd person said my allowances would restart on 5th October

Im just totally confused

Im reading it as on 5th September I had 800 minutes available and by the 4th October I had used them all and more besides...... how can this be? there is no way on gods earth that I or my family have used the phone for 13.33 hours within a month.

Please help
