I dont mean the jump rings i meant the actual hoops (earrings) for them to go on x

I went for them as the charms I buy will have a hole in to hant them on a charm but if I didnt have the jump rings they would dangle arkwardly/not sit right. So I didnt want a lot of hoop if that makes sense? I went for 3mm as its quite small but big enough to mean it still 'dangles'. Im going to buy some craft pliers to do the closing of the ring today.

I hope this all looks alright, ive only ever made a couple when messing around in a craft centre! :eek:

Aha! Our posts crossed! So you need gold rings for the actual wine charm and not from China? Just to check im looking for the right thing x

So I will be closing them with pliers but they are very small (thats what I wanted as I didnt want a lot of 'hoop', if they were the ones that threaded on they would be very fiddly.

As for beads the mm is how big the bead is, ive gone for a mix of 6mm, 4mm & 3mm so that I can have larger ones either side of the charm getting smaller. Im not filling the whole hoop though.

What sort of colours are you going for? I can suggest some to help out?

Some beads that come can be clogged up by plastic a bit - rather than getting annoyed i bought these to poke through to make a clear path. Once Ive had my wine charm night ill have a spare one and its free to a good home.... x

The colours are what I'm calling "ice cream" colours. Sort ot pale blue/pink/yellow but a bit brighter than pale-if that makes any sense?! I thought I would use silver rings and silver beads in between the coloured ones but like you, I'm not going to fill the rings the whole way round.

Im now off to look for some beads for you. Are you having a dangly charm in the middle or just beads?
