Have opened one of these accounts last week.
Received internet access information but not any essential information type sheets from N&P.
Rang to query as to whether could make nore than 1 payment per month ( as long as did not exceed monthly max £250) but girl on phone was very unsure.
Has anyone opened one of these accounts and got an informative information pack when joining?
Never invested with this lot before and wondering how organised and reliable they are? Yes I know that question is slightly shutting the stable gate after the horse has boltled but I do know they have been around for ages Thanks in anticipation of replies

You don't get an information pack (well, I didn't), just a letter giving customer and account number etc. The terms and conditions are on the website and refer to "12 consecutive monthly payments" to qualify for the 3% bonus so probably only one payment allowed per month.
I've invested with N&P before and not had any problems.0
