Well what swings it as a wind up for me is that even though the text is a bit crazy the seller managed to upload a nice picture on the listing that is actually a picture of cardiff prison taken from the BBCs website it is about halfway down the page here http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/647559.stm.
Which means that they had to first download the image from the BBC then upload the image onto ebay and of course find the image in the first place.
When you take this level of effort into account the listing starts to look more like a wind up and less like a sick person crying out for help.0
