When you power on hit f8(a lot) to get up the windows startup options, try starting it with the option "Do not restart after problems" It may be a BSOD with more info4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . Corrupt windows rather than hard disc .
The 0x24 BSOD is an NTFS File System error. Essentially, Windows has trouble locating files on your disc, because there's some error in your file allocation tables. What you would have to do, is start up your computer and press some key that allows you to change your boot order. It's usually F8 or F9, pressed when you see computer manufacturer's logo at the very beginning. With Toshiba it could be different (I know Lenovos usually use F2 or a Lenovo button). On-screen, your PC could tell you which button to press to change the order.
In any case, when you do manage to change the order, you will be presented with a menu. Insert your Windows CD, give it a few seconds and then choose CD-ROM from the menu. This should boot your PC off your CD.
When you get to Windows setup, you will have the option of pressing R to access Recovery Console. When you get there, you will be asked password for the Administrator account. I'm guessing it's empty for you, but you know better.
When you enter the correct password, you will be taken to the command prompt. There, you should type:
chkdsk <your current disk drive, like C:>
