Getting DVD to iPhone

Hi
I'm trying to get my DVD's from the disc onto my iPhone to watch on the go. Is there anyway possible to do this? I've looked online but the programmes want you to pay for the service and I wouldn't trust one without a reccommendation.
Thanks

Does it convert without leaving a watermark or stop after five minutes?0 -

I tried handbrake but it didn't seem to work for whatever reason, maybe I just wasn't doing it right.0

+1 for Handbrake
But do you really want to watch a movie on a small iPhone screen?

I spend two hours each way going to and from work, four times a week. So in answer to your question, yes. I need something to keep me occupied!
I used handbrake once with Twilight (I'm a girl and love it before everyone starts!) took about two hours and then the file wouldn't appear in iTunes when I selected it.0 -
Handbrake works fine, you must have missed something out during the conversion process.teamcullen wrote: »I tried handbrake but it didn't seem to work for whatever reason, maybe I just wasn't doing it right.Remember kids, it's the volts that jolt and the mills that kill.0 -

Handbrake doesn't know anything about iTunes. I'm not using iTunes, but I guess you need to import the converted video into iTunes. Otherwise it's just a file in a folder of your hard disk where you told Handbrake to save it. Maybe iTunes has an option to monitor certain folders for changes...0 -

Yup, that's a feature of Itunes. If it detects anything with Robert Pattinson in then it automatically removes it.0
