Credit File Question

I have just done my yearly credit check. In the past I have normally just use Experian, but this time I used Call Credit and Equifax.
Everything looks fine; apart from both companies seem to have duplicate reports on the same account?
For example, I have 3 HBOS reward accounts – on Equifax and Call Credit it looks like I have 6 bank accounts.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

I suspect there was one identity verification search and one credit search for each account. Lenders will only see credit searches.0
