Problems installing AVG Anti-Spyware

Hi All,
Please could I have some help with the following:
I have been using Ewido but have downloaded AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 to replace it. I have uninstalled Ewido, run CCleaner for cleaning and to detect issues and rebooted my PC. When I run the AVG installer it hangs when it tries to register context.dll. I have tried it several times and have re-downloaded the installation file again. When I am running the installer I have turned off my Anti Virus and Firewall ( I am running XP, AVG Free, Windows Defender, SpywareBlaster and Kerio firewall). It still does not work.
Any ideas??

For anyone else with this problem the solution is to disable Kerio firewall (if you have it) before the install.0
