Hello all,
I bought a mobile phone as it was advertised as new and unused. What I received was used and scratched and the headphones were dirty, so I did a SNAD and left appropriate feedback. The seller never left me feedback but has left the following as a followup to my feedback WAS NEW EAR PHONES WERE NOT USED U FULL OF !!!! U OBVIOUSLY DIDNT WANT IT - can I get their followup removed, but leave my negative?
Thanks

Personally, it tells me the seller was a nutter.

Thanks for this thought as I have never thought of it like that

You may be able to, as it is abusive.0

Can you not add a follow-up comment below theirs?0

I'd leave it, as it really does make the seller look like a lunatic! Capital letters and bad language are a dead give away!Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Personally I wouldn't worry if it's just a follow up to your feedback, people looking at your feedback won't see it, unless they go checking what feedback you've left for others, which most people won't. As others have said - seller looks like a nutter!0

I agree with the others. Think strategically
. That feedback will cost the seller a lot more business than they will lose from the neg alone. "Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4
