malwarebytes

how do i download malwarebytes onto a disc so that i can put it onto a laptop that is playing up.

i would really appreciate your help.

    Download Malwarebytes from here.

    Download latest definitions from here.

    Copy both files to CD or Flash drive and copy them onto the laptop.

    Install the first program and then run the second one to update the definitions.

    You should then be good to go.

    Have you tried to download malwarebytes from safe mode with networking? Think that works... Not sure if I'm right or not...

    Hello Grandmaster.


    The problem i have is that the laptop will not conect to the internet at all.

    It keeps throwing up errors,it will not let me access the security settings,Desktoplayer.exe has stopped working is one of many errors that i get wheni try to get online.

    Im completely stumped as to what to do,i did try to system restore however that came back as saying that some files could not be restored.............

  • Then I guess HoofeHearted's method is best way to proceed.

    What sort of error messages do you get? That may help us narrow down the culprit.
