Why no CAPITALS?

Yet another silly ? please.

Having yet again failed to have capitals in a title for another post, I'd like to know why.

I type the title in capitals; it appears in lower case.

How to fix, please?

    the forum software maybe correcting the use of caps

    Are you trying to type the entire title in capitals? The forum software will change this, the same way that they will change any post entirely in capitals to lower case. (Because it'd seem like you are shouting)

    No need to use caps and no need to have a title all in caps,

    You seem to have managed to get part of the Subject in capitals, but as previous posters have indicated, having the whole thing in capitals is shouting...
