E-mailing 8 second video 2

I have posted a couple of times before and am grateful for advice received. However there is still something that I am not understanding as follows:

I have 2 e-mail addresses one with yahoo and the other with g-mail. As a result of my previous posts I have determined I should be able to send/receive files up to 25Mb using either of the above.

My photos/videos are on picasa which is conveniently linked to g-mail. I can send photos no problem which proves I am not making any fundamental errors but when I try to send a video I am not allowed.

I could understand it if the video was over 25Mb but it is in fact 14Mb.

In picasa to send a video it is necessary to enter the tools tab and alter an instuction from send only photo to send whole video which I have done.

There must be something else I need to do?

Any ideas?
