childcare vouchers

HI
i've just returnd to work and have set up for the max childcare vouchers but i'm sure i saw somewhere on the internet that if you start them part way through the year you can claim for the full year ie instead of £200 odd per month i couls get £400 a month until new financial year.
this is my first baby and my husbands employer don't and won't do vouchers so need to get what i can of mine as we're already losing £1K potential savings from husband not getting them.
if you can do this i need a link to send to my employer.
if anyone can help would really appreciate it
