Laptop will not load

I thought I'd sorted out DS1's laptop as it's been working fine for a few days but today it will not load at all.

We apologize for any inconvenience message appears and it will not load in safe mode
last config
normal mode

Is it a gonna?

Just run a Factory Restore or manually format the drive and reinstall Windows and Drivers. You didn't update any of the antimalware solutions before, nor post the relevant malwarebytes' log.

Thanks DH has reinstalled it all. I did update the other thread at the time, all the scans(malwarebytes/spybot/hitman) were clear. I posted a hijack this log too :D

I guess it was because no one told you that you have to produce the logs for Malwarebytes.
I suspect that none of the definitions were updated, so an 'all clear' might not have been that at all.

    How is it now?

Perhaps a new HijackThis log to ascertain any useless programs at startup.

Donnie it was fine last night, it has not been used today as DS1 is at sixth form.

The malwarebytes logs came up in the separate window like usual but all said no malicious threats found so I did not post them here, they will be in the log so I can do that if it would help.

I am not sure what you mean buy 'none of the definitions were updated' I do always run update before running a scan to make sure that it is current. Should I be doing something else as well?

DH did say that when he reloaded the software not all of the memory was available - not sure what he meant by that but I can ask him later.
