Citi address help...

i've sent 2 ppi refund questionnaires of to citifinancial, originally to the Reading address, these got returned (opened i might add) with a note to say the addressee had gone away?!?

I then resent the paperwork to the london address, postcode E14 5LB, recorded, on the 14th Sept, not having heard anything yet to acknowledge the claim i have checked royal mails website and it's showing as "being progressed through the delivery network". I therefore expect these 2 letters to come back too!

Has anyone else had this problem??

Hi there

I wold contact the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) who should have the correct address details for you, explain your problem and they will make sure your given the right address, good luck.

They won't be open now until office hours now though, they should be able to confirm where to go on this.;)
