I sent my new claim away on 22 sept and yesterday recieved two letters in the one envelope saying sorry we cant give you a decisions as we have asked for more info from consultant and second one said same but that theyve wrote to the school, thats pefectly fine by me but was wondering after this how long will a decision take to make?

It can take anything from 8 weeks to 12 on average. Mine took 17 for a decision, but if sucessful it will be backdated, and tax credits will backdate for 3 months.Payment a day challenge: £236.69
