'Fast Drop' working for RM online postage?

As title, I see a 'fast drop' option is now available if you buy RM postage online (which seems to do away with the need for getting CoP stamped?). There's a PO near me which does fast drop, so I'd like to have this as it's free.

However, when I check the box on the form it never seems to be recognised and there's no barcode printed out.

That said the RM web-site is shockingly poor anyway, and it's getting worse! I can get buyer info in 10 seconds off Amazon, it takes 2 minutes to use the RM site to print a label! :mad:

I haven'r done it for a few weeks, but it was working then. What didn't work was that the fast drop counter was unmanned. The clerk was a bit flustered by it all. I've been in there three times since, not for fast drop, and I've never seen it manned. I asked if I should just stand in front of it and wait for someone. "Not unless you want a ruck" was the answer. Others might think I was jumping the queue.
