Have you just changed to Orange ??

has the speed just been upped ?

you need to contact orange in the first instance but you need to make sure you have splitters on ALL sockets (and sky boxes , Alarms etc) and try unplugging all the splitters apart form the one on the main Bt socket to eliminate the internal wiring first

I was upgraded to 5.6meg with Orange back in March and for about three months I contstantly had this problem. The customer services are no use either. It has got better in the past three months with only the occasional problem. I would consider moving provider but don't really know if i am going to run into the same problem - i may possibly take sky broadband up when it eventaully arrives in my area.
