Have you just changed to Orange ??
has the speed just been upped ?
you need to contact orange in the first instance but you need to make sure you have splitters on ALL sockets (and sky boxes , Alarms etc) and try unplugging all the splitters apart form the one on the main Bt socket to eliminate the internal wiring firstEx forum ambassador

i have been with wanadoo ( orange ) for 18 months now and yes the speed has been upped but i dont think it has kicked in yet he told me last friday it would take a week and i would know when it kicked in i said how and he said you will just know so i took that as i would see a vast difference but i hav'nt yet. i have been sent the new live box but i have not installed it yet i have spliters in place, however i have been sent new ones but like i say i have yet to install them.0

I was upgraded to 5.6meg with Orange back in March and for about three months I contstantly had this problem. The customer services are no use either. It has got better in the past three months with only the occasional problem. I would consider moving provider but don't really know if i am going to run into the same problem - i may possibly take sky broadband up when it eventaully arrives in my area.0
