I ordered a new one, not sure if that was right or not but I figured it wasn't that many points as it was a small order and I'm not sure if they do any checks to validate accounts ... I'm a bit of a wuss ;)

If you join again, you cant add the same Advantage Card to your 'stored' details. Doesnt matter tho, just bi-pass that and leave it blank, then when it comes to checkout just add your advantage card number there and it doesnt pick up on it being connected to another account luckily and you still get your points.

    :)

You know I'm getting a bit concerned. I seem to be the only one who can't find anything at all on Boots website. I feel left out:(

Hmmmm I am definately a baby club member and not working for me either, it does add to the promotional code box saying £5 off £20 spend but does not deduct £5, took it right along to checkout and still not applied! Will try and set up new account!

I'm an old time parenting club and boots account holder so wasn't expecting this to work for me.. and it did! No mention of the discount after the initial message but the correct amount was shown and discounted. Very happy! Thanks OP :D

P.S I am pregnant and recentely updated my details to include this on an instore machine, I wonder if that's why my account was still active and OK.
