I think it may just certain peoples accounts.

I have recently used codes that were sent to me and the price does not adjust even though it says what the promotion is.

Hmm, its not working for me. I'm logged in, theres baby stuff in my basket and I'm definitely a member. My son is only 19 months old as well, so not sure why?
