Hoover fridge freezer (hca390ffk) problems - HELP!

It clicks and both the amber "SUPER" and Green "FrostFree/On" lights flash for about half an hour - hour and then the green "On" (Or "Frost Free") light goes on and remains solid for hours.
This clicking/flashing process happens at least once a day.
When the green light is ON the freezer makes a continuous, soft, humming noise (Which sounds about right) and when the lights are flashing and clicking its more of a broken humming sort of like its softly revving, like its repeatedly trying to start.
Anyone know if this can be easily and cheaply fixed?

Have you checked there is nothing stuck behind it / on top of it, in the in air flow?
It is still level, ie have you moved it for what ever reason?
