Replacing Roof

I have had a quote for replacing the roof on a 2 bedroom terraced house. Quote includes removal of old tiles, felt, batons etc. replacing same, fitting new lead to chimney stack and fitting new facias, guttering, downpipes etc. removal of all old tiles, rubbish etc.
I have been quoted £4400 - this seems reasonable to me, but what does anyone think??
