Could someone please help me?
Are there standard amounts you are allowed within an IVA for shopping per month for two people? or shopping per month for four people etc. or do you submit your budget and if they think your over exagerating your food shop they reject it?

There are guidelines drawn up by CCCS but they don't like these to be shared with the public... Insolvency companies are expected to stick to them when drafting the budgets with the client though.
If you post a draft up here, i'll be happy to go through it for you if there are any pointers to make!Would you ask the wolves to look after the sheep?
