IVA Prediction?????????

Im not an expert!, but have read loads and loads and have asked loads of questions because its not a thing to go into with out not knowing how things are going to go!!!
These debt companys would have to put foward a proposal to your creditors on your behalf based on all the info you have provided them with ie figures, in's and out's.But you also have to remember that its also a budget that they will agree to.
What we did was sit down and worked out a very honest budget that we could live on as a family. Some people need to spend more on different things maybe dog food, prescriptions etc so you have to be really honest with yourself and then once you have a good idea of what you and your family will need you then need to run it by a couple of good debt firms using their guidance on what you put down on your proposal.
We spend more on petrol because of the need for two cars and my milage to work, but i can prove that that is what we do actually spend.
Yaeh we want to try and save some money out of the budget each month if poss and we are still thinking where to put it ( jam jar!!) because i guess we dont want to show at the end of the year we have a bit too much for their liking!!! I have been told by quite a few people that its encouraged to save some but i guess you just have to be sensible about it.
You really do need to speak to a firm that you feel that you can trust and work with and feel comfortable with over the next 5-6 years.
Hope thats help you. PS Dont forget there are a few IVA sites that have great forum's to look up alot of info about IVA,s.0 -

Plumber pretty much hit the nail on the head. They have saidreally what I do in answering posts like yours
My only tip over and above, is vist https://www.IVA.com
They have reviews of all the firms by the clients. Scan those and select a few. Call them all and discuss your situation, ask the questions and get a feel of the company. If ANY ask for a fee to arrange your IVA, say bye bye and go to another
Good luck on your journey and I hope your soon new arrival is happy and healthyThere are 10 kinds of people that understand binary
