Ebay Refund

Hi all
I started a dispute on ebay after recieving a faulty ds lite.
Ebay sided with me and said i will recieve a refund once i return item and provide a tracking number.
Its been over 20 days since then and it still states awaiting item delivery.
I checked the post office website and the item was delivered to the seller.
What should i do as i'm still waiting for the refund
