How soon can I change suppliers?

I changed to another gas/electricity supplier a while back (maybe 6 months ago), but I'm not convinced they're that cheap. Do I have to stay with them for a fixed period, or can I start looking around for a cheaper deal?

You can apply to switch supplier/tariff.

Beware of any early exit charges you may have agreed to last time you switched.
